Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, excessive weight loading, water damage, wall damage due to incorrect mounting, surface scratches, fading, natural wood variations, or damage caused by pets or environmental exposure.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Standard delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on destination.
Customers will be notified of delays or stock-related issues.
If delivery is not possible, a replacement or full refund may be offered.
